ICU RN Job Details:
- Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (Travel)

- Shift: 12-hour days (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

- Unit Size: 34 beds
- Patient Ratio: 2:1 (occasionally 3:1 for stable patients)
- Scrub Color: Navy
- EMR System: Cerner
- Orientation: 1 week (hospital classes and unit-based training)
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
- Proven competency in neuro and trauma ICU patient care
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
- Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
ICU RN Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill neuro and trauma patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and provide advanced clinical interventions
- Float to other ICU units as required
- Participate in hospital orientation and ongoing clinical training
