A Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of relevant experience A minimum of three years’ experience in providing consulting experience Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik) Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Backgrounds including management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80% Ideally, you’ll also have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred Ability to build and manage relationships Effective communication skills Trust-building capabilities with clients What We Look For
