$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr Role purpose
The Associate Staffing Consultant (ASC) is a newly created role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP) and focuses on the candidate lifecycle. This role supports the recruitment lifecycle, collaborates with an assigned counterpart (e.g., SSC, ALSC, LSC, or RM), and aims to strengthen the skills of a new recruiter who could move into a full-lifecycle recruitment role. The position may focus on sourcing and supporting elements of the recruitment cycle for contract-based positions. Responsibilities
Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals and professional networking Interview prospective candidates Prep candidates for client interviews — review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates Engage with candidates on assignment to ensure they have what they need Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates YOU'LL NEED
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills A love for working with people and strong self-motivation Leadership skills and a competitive drive Discretion and independent judgment regarding business needs Results-focused with a drive to meet goals and metrics YOU'LL GET
