In this central role, you will: Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing exceptional service to clients, guests, and staff. Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and team. Coordinate meetings and conference room logistics, including scheduling and setup. Oversee daily operations related to mail, supplies, catering, and conference room maintenance. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of administrative experience in a law firm Consistent punctuality, reliability, and availability to work onsite five days per week Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality support An associate’s Degree or a diploma from an accredited business school is preferred What We Offer
