Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations Support the Store Manager in setting clear performance expectations and ensuring the team is trained in sales, customer service and operations Model company values and lead by example as an active coach Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to maximize business opportunities Assist in recruiting store staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment Performance
Support the Store Manager in achieving store business plans (sales, customer service and operational goals) Assist in developing game plans and following up on execution to maximize sales and drive performance Partner with Store Manager to present opportunities with fact-based information and data-driven recommendations Participate in driving business outreach opportunities and convey leads to Store Manager, Regional Manager, and VP of Store Operations Identify performance opportunities and help develop plans to address issues Operational Excellence
Ensure store schedule accuracy and proper staffing to execute initiatives and maintain sales coverage Assist with training store staff on internal operational functions Stay informed on corporate communications, directives, initiatives, policies and procedures Support store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding Workplace
Contribute to an engaged and inclusive store environment where opinions are valued Support a culture of learning and development with available training tools Provide motivational leadership and act as a role model to store team members Assist in creating a pipeline of external talent through recruitment Collaborate with Store Manager to conduct regular store meetings and keep team updated on company directives Customer Experience
Assist with training the team on customer service expectations to deliver an exceptional experience Help lead the team to exceed customer expectations and achieve high Medallia scores Use customer feedback to take appropriate actions and resolve concerns Ensure store visuals are aligned with brand standards and marketing initiatives Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience Creative, good judgment, and connected to the pulse of the business Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Active listening and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to train and develop high-performing store teams Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing Ability to operate a computer and POS system Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
