Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a client-centric approach. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met. Effectively manage project scope and ensure changes are properly documented and approved.

Client Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting

Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Project Management Systems

Manage project tasks, deadlines, and resources within project management systems such as Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools. Ensure accurate and timely updates within project management systems.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, consultants, inspectors, marketing) to ensure project deliverables are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.

Overflow Support

Project Coordinators may assist with overflow work during periods of high demand. Provide support to Project Coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment. Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM systems (Salesforce). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Note
