Recruit, hire, lead and provide strong leadership for team members, fostering a positive, energetic, professional, and fun work environment. Lead the execution of exceptional operational practices, exceed sales and service goals, ensure compliance with food safety procedures, cash handling protocols, and company policies. Achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals through effective team management, sales tactics, and performance analysis; adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Develop and maintain strong business relationships within the local community and with other businesses to drive sales and establish Edible as a community staple; support community initiatives and enhance local market presence. Test and implement new processes, best practices, and operational workflows; provide feedback to corporate leadership on effectiveness. Clearly communicate performance expectations and changes in operations to team members; monitor and analyze performance against KPIs and adjust tactics as necessary. Oversee management of perishable and non-perishable inventory, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste. Utilize strong decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain high standards of customer service. Develop and implement sophisticated merchandising strategies to enhance the luxury shopping experience, including product placement, visual appeal, and inventory management to drive sales and uphold brand standards. Craft and execute a premium local marketing plan, including a social media strategy that elevates brand presence, engages affluent customers, and drives traffic to online and brick-and-mortar stores while maintaining brand image across platforms. Experience & Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on corporate store operations, team leadership, and sales growth. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Expertise in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and standards. Strong ability to drive sales, set and achieve targets, implement promotions, and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Experience in financial management, including budgeting, expense control, and monitoring KPIs to achieve store profitability. Proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring high performance, engagement, and operational efficiency. Physical And Additional Requirements
