OKANOGAN COUNTY CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION The Rural Home Visiting (RHV) Program Manager serves as the project lead, providing leadership and oversight for the RHV Program. This position is responsible for program implementation, management, and high-quality service delivery, including the fidelity of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model. About The Position The Manager directly supervises two home visiting staff and ensures that program goals and outcomes are met through strong fiscal management, program planning, and performance monitoring. This position plays a key role in maintaining program integrity, compliance, and effectiveness while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and families served. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Knowledgeable of early childhood development Willingness to learn Ability to work as a team member Passion to make a difference Open-minded Use effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Required Education And Experience Bachelor of Arts degree in early childhood education, social work, health, psychology, or a related field 5 years of experience working with young children and their families 2 years demonstrated supervisory experience, which reflects progressive responsibilities Experience working with diverse needs and characteristics of families and understanding of the influence of varied family systems, culture, socioeconomic status in child rearing practices, and school readiness. Preferred Education and Experience Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred Previous experience in program or grant management, preferred Details Full-time 40hr per week 52 Weeks per year Wage
$32.56
