Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Field Coordinator to join our national Mission Critical sector team. The ideal candidate has at least 15+ years of successful experience leading field operations in mission critical construction, enjoys working in a fast, inclusive, and collaborative environment, and is ready to contribute to high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities

Train field staff, develop and review project schedules, enforce safety protocols. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. Assist with project and personnel assignments, monitor workloads. Mentor team members, communicate effectively, make sound decisions, and seek creative solutions. Help grow the regional field team and foster client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

At least 15+ years of experience in mission critical construction (data centers). Knowledge of current building codes, supervision skills, understanding of construction contracts, and familiarity with local markets. Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules. Preferred Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent in construction. Willingness to travel across the US to project sites. Additional Information

Positions require verification of employment eligibility and may require COVID-19 vaccination, with accommodations available for medical or religious reasons. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $190,000, with potential for additional incentives. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
