This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and the community. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching and mentoring to help them succeed and grow. Model and coach Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and special events; keep scheduling system up to date and communicate updates. Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee and ensure completion of daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and merchandise orders; manage Direct Store Deliveries (DSD) and protect company assets through asset protection processes. Partner with the District Manager and store leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L statements. Attend and complete all job trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable, and ensure Team Members complete required trainings. Qualifications

Transferrable professional experience Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to achieve goals Ownership mindset Clear and effective communication Flexibility to take calls as needed and work varied hours (minimum one evening shift per week, every other weekend, and some holidays) to ensure leadership presence Ability to stand and/or walk; lift/carry 10-50 pounds; repetitive motions; reach, bend, stoop, climb, and reach above shoulder level A background check may be required consistent with state licensing requirements and applicable law Seniorities & Employment

Starting pay range: $49,600 - $58,400 Actual pay may vary based on casey's assessment of KSAs, related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. Our full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue growing within the company.
