Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team. Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated. Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD). Ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed. Partner with the District Manager and store leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L. Attend and complete all trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable. Compensation

Starting pay range: $49,600 - $58,400 Actual pay may vary based on KSAs, related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors affecting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. Our full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range to allow growth within the company. What We're Looking For
