Responsibilities include:
Working closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans. Supporting, directing, and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment. Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and owners throughout all project phases. Focusing on client satisfaction and fostering relationships for future projects. Monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget. Developing design concepts, reports, calculations, and detailed documents. Participating in project presentations and permit processes. Overseeing construction inspections and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. 10+ years of architectural practice as a project architect. Current architectural registration; NCARB registration and LEED Green Associate preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Additional Details:
