Introduces and sells financial services to meet clients' short- and long-term needs, identified through profiling and product knowledge. Processes all types of financial transactions, balances cash, and assists with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties. Responsibilities include managing overall branch client experience, proactively engaging clients, demonstrating transactions using technology, managing branch flow, fulfilling client needs, handling complaints, and escalating concerns. Maintains and sells financial services, opens accounts, cross-sells, and performs teleconsulting. Processes transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing cashier’s checks. Responsible for securing new high-value clients, managing sales efforts, and maintaining knowledge of bank policies and products. Performs other duties as assigned. Relief staff may be assigned to various branches. Qualifications include registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (to be completed within 30 days if not registered), a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in sales and customer service, teller experience, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and commute reliably. Relief staff must be able to work at different locations.
