Job Description Under the supervision of the Manager, creates and delivers exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients with outstanding customer service while ensuring they understand how digital and mobile alternatives can complete their banking transactions quickly and efficiently. Introduces and sells financial services to meet customers' short- and long-term needs, identified through profiling and knowledge of products and services. Processes all types of financial transactions, balances own cash, and assists with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties. Responsibilities Manage overall branch client experience by proactively engaging clients, demonstrating banking technology, and managing branch flow to ensure excellent service. Maintain and sell financial services, including opening accounts, cross-selling, and performing teleconsulting based on client profiling. Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and selling cashier’s and traveler's checks. Balance cash, manage vault and ATM duties, and train new employees. Identify and secure new high-value clients through prospecting, referrals, and sales tracking. Promote bank products and maintain client relationships. Stay informed of bank policies, regulations, and new products to ensure compliance and effective sales. Perform other duties as assigned, including short- or long-term branch coverage as relief staff. Qualifications Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (must complete within 30 days of employment). High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years in consumer sales, marketing, and customer service, with teller experience. Desire to expand knowledge in personal finance areas. Proficiency in customer experience, laws & regulations, technology, communication, accuracy, relationship building, and product knowledge. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods; and lift up to 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work at different locations.
