Business acquisition and entity structuring Multi-state and stock option planning Cash flow assessments and capital retention strategies Succession planning and retirement funding Estate planning, charitable gifting, and trust structures Real estate and risk management strategies Asset protection and long-term wealth transfer planning Helping clients navigate complex tax changes and regulatory updates Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA with 3–5 years of tax experience Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Someone who wants to build client relationships and grow within a firm Long-term interest in taking on more responsibility and potentially stepping into ownership Seniority level
