Director of Total Rewards Administration , you will oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and serving as the primary contact for vendors. This position also supervises the administration team and provides critical reporting to support business planning. Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings. Establish and manage service level agreements for benefits and compensation administration. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.). Act as the primary liaison with vendors and manage total rewards contracts. Coordinate the annual open enrollment process and ensure data accuracy. Track and report on metrics such as utilization, employee satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. Provide detailed reporting to support forecasting and budget management. Supervise and develop the total rewards administration team. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in total rewards administration, including self-insured benefits programs. Strong knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience. Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Details
