Overview
Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Total Rewards Manager. This strategic leader will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards and work closely with the leadership team to shape the division’s long-term talent strategy. This Total Rewards leader will serve as a strategic thought partner to the hiring manager, driving key initiatives across benefits, compensation, and HRIS. In the first year, priorities include strengthening benefits administration for a self-insured plan, managing vendor relationships, overseeing 401(k) administration, leading open enrollment, and enhancing employee education and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
Manage all benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life/disability, FSAs/HSAs, 401(k), COBRA), including open enrollment, life events, HRIS updates, employee communications, and timely execution of benefit processes.
Lead design and delivery of year-round wellness initiatives (e.g., education, biometric screenings, newsletters, vaccines) in partnership with HR and vendors.
Oversee and improve compensation and incentive programs, including job evaluation, benchmarking, salary surveys, job descriptions, HRIS updates, and compensation analyses.
Stay current on industry trends, technology, labor law, ERISA, and healthcare reform; recommend improvements and ensure compliance across all Total Rewards programs.
Prepare presentations and support executive-level Total Rewards committees (Benefits, Investment, Compensation).
Troubleshoot HRIS issues, maintain user guides, and partner with UKG on upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new module rollouts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or commensurate combination of education and work experience.
5 years’ professional employee benefits administration experience including system configuration, employee education, and vendor management.
