Broomfield, CO Austin, TX Nashville, TN The ideal candidate will partner with executive leadership to define and execute a successful strategy, leveraging their experience as an engineering leader to provide clear direction and influence. Strong soft skills, including exceptional communication, collaboration, and the ability to mentor and develop talent, are essential. Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and maintain engineering staff/consultants to deliver and operate cloud services that enable M&E firms to move their workloads to OCI. Lead consulting and onboarding teams to plan and execute enterprise migrations to OCI. Launch new tools and cloud services that establish operational excellence. Set and drive the technical direction for the team and partner organizations. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes. Develop strategic plans with leadership, team, and customers. Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams. Engage directly with executive leadership and key customer stakeholders. Drive domain execution across playback, content augmentation, video transcoding, and packaging. Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) building and delivering cloud-based, large/enterprise-scale software development management experience. Experience with a large-scale cloud migration, preferably related to media workloads. Experience leading the development and operation of cloud services. Experience managing managers and multiple engineering teams preferred. Demonstrated success collaborating with and leading geo-distributed teams. Domain expertise in media and entertainment workflows. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience leading customer-facing consulting/professional services or onboarding programs for major media and entertainment firms (preferred).
