Position Summary As a senior leader, you will drive technical excellence across the software engineering organization, guiding architecture, development, and delivery of scalable distributed systems and cloud-based solutions.
What You’ll Do
Architect and lead the design of complex, distributed systems and applications
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical solutions
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment
Drive system performance, scalability, and reliability improvements
What You’ll Bring
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture
Proven experience with large-scale, distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or C++
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
