As a Senior Manager in EY’s Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations; translate business requirements into technical specifications; and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.
Responsibilities
Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions (Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more).
Overseeing program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.
Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen in OTC and related domains (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement). Staying abreast of trends such as S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core, SAP AI business scenarios, and assimilating new knowledge.
Understanding the impact of master data and hierarchies on OTC and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
Delivering quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
Leading client workshops and meetings to collect and understand user stories; establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Leading and mentoring diverse teams, providing feedback, fostering innovation and inclusion, and pursuing new business opportunities; assessing ways to serve clients.
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and cross-practice networks to meet client needs.
Supporting professional development through training, workshops, and career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience; at least eight years in SAP Order-to-Cash with deep SD expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC; ability to design, solution, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with robust project management experience (e.g., SAP Activate Methodology) and a track record delivering SAP projects.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant experience in finance and technology functions.
Skills in training design and delivery; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
Preferred / Ideally You’ll Have
Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
Prior consulting industry experience.
SAP certification(s).
A knack for building and managing client relationships.
