Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the E-Learning/Instructional Designer will focus on developing and editing online learning materials and content. This includes assessing learning needs and the audience, and analyzing existing instructional material needs such as lesson plans, lesson content, learning objectives and assessment tools. When needed, they will be responsible for redesigning courses, developing entire courses or curriculums and creating training materials, such as teaching manuals and student guides, to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and engaging manner. This position will collaborate with the Senior HR Training Specialist to align and reach all training goals. Required

Experience designing and developing e-learning content, including how to use systems and technological tools Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Captivate Experience working with a company’s proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) Ability to write effective copy and scripts for audiovisual media Ability to storyboard Knowledge of photography, video and audio production Knowledge in: Instructional Design, Simulation-based training, Course Design, Organizational Development, Adult Learning Theory, Learning Strategies and Development, and Quality Assurance Testing High attention to detail Understanding of varied learning styles Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods Excellent written and verbal communication skills English at Advanced level in a business environment; Spanish at Intermediate to Advanced level Ability to communicate at different levels throughout the organization and with external parties Ability to foster positive employee relations and partner with management to drive business initiatives Ability to work independently, multitask, and show initiative Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical skills Ability to think logically, follow procedures, and make sound decisions Ability to exercise independent judgment within established systems High energy and comfort handling multifaceted projects Ability to translate problems and concepts into training Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends as needed Preferred

UI and Graphic Design skills Experience with Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition) Other software such as Pro Tools, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Animate Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Web Design BS or MA degree in instructional design, communications and media production, or similar Duties and Responsibilities

Apply instructional design theories and methods to training programs for domestic and international locations Develop and produce multimedia pieces for websites, presentations, and interactive displays Write and prepare training materials and design exercises to enhance retention Create engaging learning activities and content that enhance retention and transfer Prepare training materials and learning agendas; revise and edit final copies Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts Provide exercises and activities that enhance learning Create supporting media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.) Develop assessment instruments and determine criteria for learner performance Maintain project documentation and course folders Develop and edit online learning material and content Assess learning needs and analyze existing instructional material Design online material and assessment tools; oversee implementation Maintain currency in the field of online learning Collaborate with marketing and PR to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements Assist in creating instructor materials and updating curriculum Ensure quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle Test processes with different subjects Secondary

Audit LMS training reports and follow up to ensure trainings are completed Assist in managing the training program in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements Physical Requirements
