for more information. Your Impact: Responsible for campaign strategy across all channels. Analyze results of campaigns and recommend programs to be expanded. Must be able to report on all channel activity and the impact of one channel upon another. Conduct test programs to measure the effectiveness of media, list, creative, and offer. Contribute to the quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing account trends and sharing future client needs. Define fundraising programs to support client message and quality standards. Develop and implement new and innovative approaches to provide, expand or improve current practices. Forecast the cash flow (donations & mailing costs) for assigned clients. Review and evaluate market research to use in forecasting future direct mail fundraising requirements. Share ideas and client needs throughout all phases of client life cycle (plan, design, integrate, implement, manage). Contact clients on a regular basis to maintain account relationship, advise of new service offerings, and obtain feedback on service. Interface with the client to understand the client's overall objectives and requirements. Develop long term strategic plans designed to ensure account retention, continued account success and realistic program expansion. Develop offer(s) to hit target KPI established in the annual roadmap for each client. Develop short term strategic plans designed to ensure client satisfaction by identifying customer issues and offering creative and timely solutions to those issues. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand fundraising programs for assigned clients. Develop the annual plan in concert with the roadmap to ensure that each audience has adequate touchpoints for their journey. Prepare a plan for each account to identify what and how short- and long-term needs may be met. Provide reports on the budget and donor activity for each assigned client. Monitor the overall project workflow for assigned clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time. Ensure that changes in scope, prioritization and schedules are addressed by assigned project leads and communicated as needed. Research and coordinate implementation activities of off-site agencies, database suppliers, modeling, caging vendors and other service providers. Track and analyze results of test programs and recommend programs to be expanded. Communicate significant program information to management team and other departments. Ensure that appropriate agency resources are available. Ensure that sales, marketing, production, and list departments provide support to assigned accounts/clients. Expedite the resolution of client problems/complaints. Serve as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the client encounters. Prepare and conduct presentations for clients and prospective clients. Strive to stay informed about industry standards and best practices. Participate in trade shows by representing Moore and the CDR division and sharing information on company services. Motivate team members to achieve business objectives. Manage assigned staff to include hiring, performance evaluations and discipline; training, development, and mentoring of direct reports and other staff, as necessary. Responsible for identifying and acting on departmental training needs. Provide support to account staff through skill development, results analysis, and feedback to enhance their ability to make smart decisions and improve client service capabilities. Your Profile: Eight to ten years’ senior experience in national, nonprofit, direct response fundraising with a clear focus on direct mail, integration with multiple channels and at least 5 years in a management and leadership position. Experience in national nonprofit direct mail and all direct response fundraising channels, including telemarketing, digital acquisition, digital marketing, and DRTV (preferred, but not required). Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from accredited college or university required. Must have strong direct response knowledge. Must have expertise in one or more of the following channels: mail, digital, telemarketing and DRTV. Agency experience with a focus on partnering with nonprofit organizations, successfully advocating for the client and their donors alike. Talent for exceptional client relationship management. Ability to develop annual plans and projections, effective strategic planning capabilities. Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple deadline-oriented projects, and adaptable to changing conditions and requirements. Exceptional and persuasive written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with staff, community leaders and senior level executives. In-depth understanding of process, workflow, and project management best practices. Demonstrated ability to be a creative and resourceful problem solver. Exhibits sound and accurate judgement. Strong ability to provide analysis and strategy for client services and to stay abreast of current industry trends, including post promotion analysis. Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure, adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, driven and goal oriented. Demonstrated outstanding organizational, time management and planning expertise. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Effectively manages personnel. Excellent general computer skills, with strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
