Join CoreWeave as a Corporate Accounting Manager, leading the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant accounting experience and experience working with US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
The role will involve collaborating with various departments to gather required information, performing daily cash/bank matches, and administering close checklists, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. The Corporate Accounting Manager will also review financial statements, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with internal policies and SOX control requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes Collaborate with the AP team, FP&A, and various departments to gather required information Perform review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Ensure all intercompany transactions are properly recorded, eliminated, and reconciled Manage the close checklists and account reconciliations during the close cycle Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 7+ years of relevant accounting experience from a public company CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or working towards) preferred Strong system and operational accounting experience Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards What We Offer:
