Corporate Accounting Manager role at CoreWeave. The Corporate Accounting Manager will report to the Financial Close and Reporting Senior Manager and will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with internal policies, US GAAP, and SOX controls. What You'll Do
Lead the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes with timely and accurate recording, aiming for a 5-business day close cycle. Collaborate with AP, FP&A, and various departments to gather information for timely and accurate monthly accruals. Assist with daily cash/bank matches as needed. Administer and maintain close checklists, account reconciliations, and variance analyses within FloQast. Manage close checklists and reconciliations, provide daily close reporting dashboards to management, and communicate close status and updates. Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness. Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded, eliminated, and reconciled. Track out-of-period adjustments and the SAB 99 assessment quarterly. Lead variance analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, including explanations for material variances and timely follow-up for late items. Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure strong cross-functional communication. Develop and implement best practices to optimize accrual and close processes. Assist with managing the chart of accounts, financial reporting structure, and key reports within the ERP. Assist with various special projects as needed. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or working toward) preferred. 7+ years of relevant accounting experience in a public company, including at least 2 years at a Big 4 firm. Experience leading the month-end close process in a mid-to-large public company. Experience managing direct reports, providing guidance, career development, coaching, and support. Strong understanding of SOX-compliant work papers. Solid system and operational accounting experience. Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. NetSuite and FloQast (or similar) experience preferred. Why CoreWeave

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000, with starting salary determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
