Job Description Job Summary: The Compensation Consultant will support the execution of the organization’s compensation strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant. This role partners with HR, business leaders, and executives to provide expert guidance on compensation principles, programs, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:

Conduct analysis of compensation surveys, market research, and workforce data Develop compensation models, predictive analytics, and geographic pay adjustments Benchmark against industry best practices

Stakeholder Engagement:

Consult with HR Business Partners, practice HR teams, line managers, and executives Provide guidance on compensation principles and compliance Support the design and implementation of rewards programs

Program Management:

Develop and maintain HR tools (merit modeling, market analyses, equity models) Lead compensation training for business and HR leaders Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit, bonus structures, pay matrices, and job architecture Oversee compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions Administer compensation programs and align with benefits strategy

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal, state, and local regulations Collaborate with internal teams on compensation projects

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

8+ years of compensation experience including strategy, base pay, variable programs, market pricing, and job evaluation Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday and BetterComp Knowledge of clinical roles and healthcare industry Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork (required) Advanced knowledge of benchmarking, job evaluations, market research, and survey analysis Strong quantitative analysis skills (Excel, pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization) Ability to align compensation with business strategy and HR initiatives Strong executive communication and project management skills Proven ability to consult and build credibility with stakeholders
