are seeking a Director, People and Culture – North and Central America (NCA) to drive the operational support of the People and Culture business partners in each Hotel in the Region and the Corporate Office in New York. The primary responsibility will be to cultivate an environment where talent thrives, and our unique organizational culture flourishes across our portfolio. Job Description
Supporting the VP People & Culture, you will: Provide day to day oversight of HR operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Streamline, optimize talent and culture processes and systems to support the needs of the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance talent and culture’s effectiveness and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Oversight : Partner with VP People & Culture and Regional Directors, People & Culture to provide day to day oversight of HR operations. Talent Acquisition and Development : Partner with the VP Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, and Director Learning and Development to ensure Raffles and Fairmont attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent at all levels of the organization. Culture Cultivation : Champion and reinforce Raffles and Fairmont’s brand's culture, values, and core beliefs across all touchpoints within the organization. Employee Engagement and Recognition : Develop and implement strategies to measure and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, employee engagement talent acquisition, development, and culture. Proven track record of leadership in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality industry or a related field. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives. Location : Office-based in New York City Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000 USD Gross
