About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. As Senior Director of EMEA Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, demand, and pipeline across the EMEA region. You will lead a high-performing team and deliver programs that resonate with data and analytics leaders, working closely with Sales to accelerate opportunities in Enterprise and Commercial segments across UKI, DACH, France, and Emerging Markets. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this role requires a proven marketing leader with deep regional expertise, capable of translating global priorities into locally relevant campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with creativity, event and partner marketing expertise, and data-driven insights to build demand for Fivetran and deliver measurable business impact. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin, Ireland office with two days in the office each week.

Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and build country-level marketing plans that meet or exceed pipeline goals. Lead team execution for regional marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness, demand, pipeline, product usage, retention and expansion. Broaden awareness of Fivetran through regional Public Relations, Customer Case Studies, and content marketing efforts. Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization and within the EMEA region. Work with global marketing to formulate launches, integrated campaigns, and account-based marketing plans. Lead teams that execute for >150 events and programs per year, including hosted events, third-party and partner conferences, field and executive events, public relations, and digital and demand generation programs. Ensure seamless execution from concept to post-program analysis. Partner with the Account-Based Marketing team for 1:1 and 1:few programs targeting strategic and enterprise customers and prospects. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, owning pipeline health and adjusting strategy to maximize ROI. Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and addressable market to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance execution and sponsorship opportunities. Hire and coach top talent, training and motivating a dynamic organization to meet KPIs. Skills Were Looking For
15+ years of Marketing leadership experience with a focus on partnering with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline. 7+ years managing a team of 5+ members, with proven ability to build and develop an international marketing function. Track record of designing and executing high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth with enterprise and SMB segments. Deep knowledge of regional market dynamics and competitive landscapes within EMEA, with experience translating insights into go-to-market strategies. Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and a consistent track record of delivering against pipeline targets. Executive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across a global organization. Bonus Skills
