WOCOTM is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Vice President of Operations NGO (Volunteer) to oversee daily operations, strengthen internal systems, manage programs, and support organizational growth to empower women, girls, and underserved communities. Key Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for day-to-day operations, program delivery, volunteer coordination, and organizational processes. Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement operational strategies aligned with WOCOTM goals. Develop and maintain efficient workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Leverage digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency in program management, reporting, and communications. Support and mentor program assistants, coordinators, and volunteers to ensure strong execution of initiatives. Track program outcomes, measure impact, and support continuous improvement. Serve as a bridge between departments (development, programs, communications, HR) to ensure organizational alignment. Work independently and as part of a diverse team. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop) and familiarity with Google Docs. Access to internet and computer or laptop; passion for community service and social impact. VP Focus Areas

Staff Management and Development: provide leadership and support to department heads and staff; foster a positive and productive environment. Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure preparedness for emergencies and challenges. Communications: develop content for web, social media, and press. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in operations management, nonprofit leadership, or program administration. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with AI tools, digital project management, and nonprofit operations preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
