Princeton, NJ (On-site / FTE) The Challenge: As an
Architect Director , you will define and lead the
long-term CRM and commercialization platform strategy
across Salesforce, Veeva, and related technologies. This is a
visionary leadership role
reporting to the VP, Enterprise Digital Solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Define & promote a
multi-year vision
for Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva CRM & related platforms. Lead enterprise integration across ERP, pharmacovigilance, MDM, and data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Reltio). Establish
architecture principles, DevSecOps frameworks, and CI/CD best practices . Mentor high-performing teams and drive innovation in emerging technologies (Einstein, Data Cloud, AI/ML). Ensure global compliance (GxP, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11). Partner with commercial & field medical teams to deliver user-centric digital experiences. Essential Skills & Requirements 12–15 years of CRM architecture experience in
biotech, pharma, or consulting . 8+ years in life sciences commercial IT leadership roles. 5+ years of Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM experience. Strong background in
API-first integrations
(Mulesoft/Informatica)
and
multi-cloud implementations . Certifications such as Salesforce Application/System Architect or Veeva CRM Advanced Admin (). ________________________________________ SALESFORCE / VEEVA CRM Sr. Manager Position:

Princeton, NJ (On-site 60% / FTE) The Challenge As a
Senior Manager , you will be both a
strategic owner and hands-on developer
of the CRM ecosystem, managing platform standards, governance, and global scalability. Roles & Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture for
Veeva CRM
(Online/iRep/Engage)
& Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Lead
Veeva module configuration
(CLM, Events, Approved Email, Medical Inquiry, Surveys). Manage
CI/CD pipelines
(GitLab, Copado, SFDX, Tricentis). Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, Visualforce, MyInsights dashboards. Partner with Commercial & Medical Affairs to optimize global workflows. Govern platform standards, KPIs, budgets, and ROI. Pilot innovation in AI/ML, predictive analytics, and conversational bots for HCP engagement. Essential Skills & Requirements 8+ years in CRM, including 3+ years as Salesforce/Veeva developer-admin in life sciences. Strong technical expertise in
Apex, Flows, LWC, API-first integrations, DevSecOps, automated testing . Bachelor’s in Computer
Science/Engineering
(Master’s ). Certifications: Salesforce Admin/Developer (required), Veeva CRM Admin (). Deep domain knowledge of
life sciences commercialization , with US/EU/JP market experience.
