Process financial commitments on behalf of the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Use University systems (Banner, Concur, SciQuest) in daily tasks. Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed. Proficient computer experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines. Ability to arrive on time and work some evenings and weekends. Required Education And/Or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. 3 years of accounts payable or receivable experience with financial reporting exposure. Experience working in a university environment. Seniority level
