Inventory Control Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator who will be responsible for: Maintaining an accurate inventory and ensuring physical counts match our ERP database Optimizing inventory space using continual organizational improvements Ensuring FIFO (First in First out) is always followed Verifying conditions and accuracy of incoming product during receiving Preparing shipments per ISO procedures and work instructions Verifying accuracy of shipping paperwork Participating in reducing/optimizing packaging Issuing inventory to the floor and shipping product to customers following FIFO rules Unloading incoming shipments and weighing count parts when required Utilizing 6S methods, ISO procedures, and work instructions to optimize inventory space Stocking packaging for production and notifying Purchasing when levels are low Participating in physical inventory Identifying slow-moving/obsolete inventories and working with Customer Service and Accounting on disposal Performing other duties as assigned ADA Requirements: Bending, squatting, climbing, grasping, reaching, lifting, or otherwise moving about frequently and for extended periods Lifting, moving, or transferring up to 50 lbs. frequently, or more occasionally Walking, standing, or moving about continuously Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards that may require respiratory protection Sitting, grasping items, and performing keyboarding for occasional computer operation We are committed to fair and equitable hiring with salaries based on relevant factors.
