The Principal Executive Equity Compensation Consultant leads the design and implementation of Paychex's equity compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for developing strategies for equity compensation, providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance, and analyzing compensation data to support executive decision-making. Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and administers executive compensation programs, including salary, bonuses and long-term incentives. Conducts market research and analysis to assess competitiveness and design effective executive compensation plans. Performs complex financial analysis on compensation programs to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning. Prepares materials and provides analytical support for the Compensation & Leadership Committee. Supports global equity program design and administration, including grants and vesting events. Partners with internal teams to ensure all executive and equity compensation programs and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field – Required Master's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources – Preferred 8 years of experience in executive and/or equity compensation plan design, implementation, and administration. CEP – Preferred CCP – Preferred CECP – Preferred Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $94,311-$148,203 annually. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other components of the total rewards package. Final total compensation will depend on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
