Reinsurance Broking Analyst - REACH 2026

Gallagher Re . The REACH Program start date is July 2026. Early starts may occur based on business needs. This is a 24-month structured learning and development program for upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers, with responsibilities across analytics, risk transfer, and client service in reinsurance broking and risk management. The program offers direct access to the Executive Team, mentors, trainers, and colleagues. All hours spent in training are paid; this is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote days determined by location). Base pay range
$51,000.00/yr - $99,500.00/yr How You'll Make An Impact
Collaborate with clients at all levels to market, negotiate, place, and service client accounts Craft persuasive pitch documents and presentations for new and existing clients Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams to provide insights Contribute to the structuring, placing, and servicing of reinsurance transactions Work with contracts and support the finalization of reinsurance placements As a program participant, you will also participate in web-based and in-person seminars to expand industry knowledge and work toward attaining your P&C (Property & Casualty) license within 12 months and the ARe (Associate in Reinsurance) designation within 18 months. About You
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong technological proficiency to use various software tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to travel to the home office in Rolling Meadows, IL for training (expenses covered by Gallagher Re) Nice-to-Haves: Previous internship or work experience in a related field Knowledge of or curiosity about reinsurance broking and risk management Compensation And Benefits
