Sales Support Associate

role is essential to the store’s success and efficiency. It requires a focus on our brand commitment when serving customers, leaving a lasting impression through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate work supporting product flow from receipt to sale is vital. Cash Wrap Greet customers warmly and offer your name. Interact genuinely and read customer cues to determine needs. Conduct email/name capture where legal. Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization. Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards. Thank customers sincerely and encourage return visits. Represent Coach appropriately. Stockroom / Warehouse Receive shipments and transfers; notify management of new products. Verify shipment details and communicate discrepancies. Organize stockroom, manage inventory, and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories. Maintain loss prevention standards. Sales Floor Analyze and replenish sales floor stock. Support visual merchandising and respond confidently to customer inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization. Competencies Required Drive for Results Customer Focus Creativity Interpersonal Savvy Learning on The Fly Perseverance Dealing with Ambiguity Additional Requirements 1-3 years retail experience, preferably in luxury retail. High school diploma; college preferred. Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
