For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Project Manager. This exciting position will have the chance to work on various aspects of managing cost, schedule, and performance on Navy and DoD programs. You will oversee contract execution, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, and serve as a primary liaison with government stakeholders. Responsibilities

Oversee contract execution, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, and serve as a primary liaison with government stakeholders. Manage cost, schedule, and performance on government contracts. Coordinate across Contracts, Accounting, HR, Operations, and Security teams. Prepare and deliver contract deliverables and reporting requirements (CDRLs, MSRs, EVM). Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, AI tools). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (preferred). Knowledge of Navy or DoD program acquisition, sustainment, or modernization processes. Familiarity with FAR/DFARS contracting requirements and government financial processes. Experience managing subcontractors, staffing strategies, and onboarding processes. Ability to coordinate across Contracts, Accounting, HR, Operations, and Security teams. Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain and maintain). Location and Work Setting

Location: San Diego, CA at our G2 Ops office and customer site. In person, with some remote opportunities and/or flexible hours; not a fully remote position. Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range (as listed): $13,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr. Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package. Benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. AI and Culture

Due to the classification level of defense projects, teleworking is allowed with prior approval, but a government site work is required. Ideal candidates may possess an active DoD Secret level clearance and a PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. This is a full-time role; outside employment should not conflict with company interests. We are seeking a candidate who can join and contribute to a collaborative, office-based culture.
