Overview

Territory Manager – Shockwave Medical to join our team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports remote work within a defined territory and focuses on driving new business, building relationships, and providing exceptional service to physicians and hospital staff. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians. Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine customer needs, goals, product usage, and cases handled. Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations. Attend procedures/cases in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage, gaining insight into physicians’ and OR staff needs. Attain sales/revenue objectives for the territory to meet quota. Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify selling opportunities and present to potential clients. Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons. Build and maintain solid customer relationships and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge for clinical conversations with physicians. Complete and process timely reports (sales summaries, expense reports, monthly product tracking, account targeting, and complaints) per procedures and policies. Maintain professional and ethical standards while representing the company and comply with corporate, FDA, medical device, quality, and ethics requirements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience. Successful sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent; peripheral influence preferred but not required. Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis. Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the territory with plans to achieve objectives. Must not be debarred by FDA for work in any Medical Device business. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians; obtain new users for company products and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Must have a valid driver’s license. Operate as a team and/or independently with flexibility to changing requirements. Physical requirements: may involve continuous sitting for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 lbs; may work in varying spaces. Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: Base Pay $120,000 + variable compensation. Eligible employees may participate in company-sponsored benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and more) and retirement plans.
