The School Services team is currently seeking either a Full-Time or Part-Time BCBA (Clinical Director) to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities

Provide clinical support and training to the assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists. Lead monthly 1:1 meetings and School Services trainings. Develop individualized clinical trainings and facilitate trainings as assigned. Ensure supervisees’ clinical responsibilities are defined and understood according to CSD’s standards. Evaluate clinical performance of supervisees and communicate concerns to the Director of School Services. Maintain and document appropriate progress notes for supervision hours. Supervise school-related processes including: Behavioral support plans, Assessments, and the implementation of student IEPs. Maintain up-to-date records of CSD’s templates, forms, and documents. Oversee timely completion of clinical reports and data collection by supervisees. Review client school and IEP data with supervisees monthly. Ensure timely submission of communications and reports as needed. Conduct regular school visits based on clinical needs of individualized programs. Attend informal school meetings and formal IEP meetings. Provide school-based trainings on the implementation of IEP behavioral goals. Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals as set by CSD. Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors. Remain current regarding new research, trends, and developments related to autism, special education, and related fields. Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings, and other meetings as requested. Supplemental Caseloads: Conduct regular sessions through various modalities to provide parent education, supervise program implementation, monitor documentation, and train direct reports. Educate families on maintaining a consistent schedule aligned with clinical needs. Communicate CSD’s policies to families. Additional duties as assigned. Benefits & Perks

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of: psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy (physical, occupational, or speech therapy), or related field BCBA Credential Required Two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting Knowledge of methodologies that benefit children with autism including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT Knowledge of School Continuum of Services and IEPs Knowledge of other community resources and agencies serving children Ability to travel to multiple program service areas; valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and driving record per NIAC standards Effective verbal and written communication; bilingual ability preferred Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion; proficient in computer/word processing software Physical Requirements

Constant visual and reading-related tasks; frequent sitting and computer work Frequent speaking and listening; document handling and filing Occasional walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds Occasional driving CSD is an equal opportunity employer.
