SAP - OTC - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN. Base pay range: $101,500.00/yr - $186,000.00/yr. Location: Anywhere in Country. This role sits within EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) focused on helping clients improve performance and productivity. The opportunity is to join our Technical Consulting team and bridge business needs with technical solutions using SAP OTC expertise. Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze processes to ensure SAP OTC solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions for SAP OTC. Configure and implement SAP SD modules (Sales Area, BP/Material Master Data, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Pricing, Billing Document Types, Output Determination). Support writing functional specifications, business requirement documentation, configuration rational documentation, and other project-related documents for the OTC workstream. Design and implement WRICEs based on client requirements, managing the process from functional specification through cut-over and hypercare. Ensure seamless system integration between SD and MM, TM, EWM, and FI for end-to-end processes. Map, implement, test and troubleshoot EDI/API interfaces. Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and communicate developments and outcomes to key stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies). Strong technical skills in application functional design and SAP OTC configuration. Experience with technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Travel willingness; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Preferred/Ideal
Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP OTC expertise. Experience in project management and tracking deliverables. SAP certification(s) and at least one full cycle implementation of core module. What We Look For
