Our SAP practice focuses on helping clients optimize operations using SAP technology across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. This role supports SAP OTC capabilities and the delivery of innovative solutions for clients. Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze processes to ensure SAP OTC solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions for Order-to-Cash processes. Configure and implement SAP SD modules, including Sales Area, BP/Material Master Data, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Pricing, Billing Document Types, and Output Determination. Write functional specifications, business requirement documentation, configuration rational documentation, and other project-related documents for the OTC workstream. Design and implement WRICEs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) from functional specs through cut-over and hypercare phases. Ensure seamless system integration between SD and related modules (MM, TM, EWM, FI) for end-to-end business processes. Map, implement, test and troubleshoot EDI/API interfaces. Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Strong technical skills in application functional design and experience in system configuration design. Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks and SAP OTC processes. Travel readiness with flexibility; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience. Experience in project management and tracking deliverables. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module. What We Look For
