Plan audit objectives and develop audit strategies Lead multiple audit engagements and manage priorities Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance Communicate actively with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts Manage firm risk on audits and proposals Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements Evaluate staff performance for engagement reviews Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience Experience with oil & gas clients CPA certification Preferred Qualifications:
