The opportunity focuses on co-creating innovative SAP solutions across strategy to execution, incorporating EY’s integrated capabilities in tax, assurance, transactions and risk. Your Role
You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations; gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications; and analyze newly implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting. Manage and provide leadership to teams, with staff development and practice management. Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash processes; propose designs with cross-module considerations (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance). Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; quickly assimilate new knowledge. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams using leading-practice OTC knowledge aligned to client requirements. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40–60%.
