Accounting Clerk
for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling financial data, and a proactive attitude toward supporting accounting operations. Responsibilities: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Maintain and organize accounting records and files Support month-end and year-end close activities Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with payment tracking Provide general administrative support to the accounting team Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: LHH Recruitment Solutions benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
