Competitive compensation package of minimum $25.00 ($52,000) – Maximum $30.00 ($62,400)

Benefits Include

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Assist with the preparation of client billings and the extensive related support documentation, including all exhibits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are posted and cash receipts are applied properly Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitatepayment of invoices dueby sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in accounting plus 2-3 years of related experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail High level of accuracy and efficiency Preferred experience with government constructions contracts

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day) Eventually walk on uneven surfaces during on-site audits Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files stored at ground level Tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of noise
