Property Accountant - $75k - $85k + Bonus
We are looking for a Property Accountant to manage all accounting functions for a mix of residential and commercial properties. You’ll handle GL accounting, journal entries, financial statements, month-end close, AP/AR, and budgeting, using Appfolio and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all property accounting tasks, including GL accounting, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
Handle month-end close, AP/AR functions, and reconcile accounts for 25 properties
Assist in budgeting and provide support on financial analysis and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of property accounting experience, preferably with residential and commercial assets
Proficiency in Appfolio and advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of GL, journal entries, and financial reporting
