This role serves as the primary ambassador for the hospitality program at the South Bay HQ campus. The individual will drive engagement, foster community, and elevate the employee and guest experience through curated events, initiatives, and daily interactions. They will embody a culture of hospitality, ensuring every touchpoint on campus feels welcoming, authentic, and aligned with the company’s values. Position Objectives / Responsibilities
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while communicating and coordinating with other employees and organizations. Teach and adhere to Bon Appétit’s philosophy, culture and commitment to quality food and service. Lead campus presence and engagement; act as the visible leader of the HQ campus hospitality program. Design and deliver initiatives that foster community, belonging, and engagement across the campus. Partner with ERGs, workplace teams, and business leaders to cocreate authentic experiences. Lead development and execution of campus-wide events, activations, and engagement programs. Curate signature experiences reflecting the company brand, values, and hospitality standards. Champion the company’s hospitality vision and ensure program standards are upheld. Develop and implement training to ensure program standards across the greater hospitality program (Cafes, MKs, Coffee Bars, Events & Catering). Gather feedback and measure engagement to assess impact of initiatives and events; identify opportunities to evolve and innovate the HQ hospitality experience. Secondary Duties
This role translates the company’s hospitality vision into daily reality, ensuring HQ is a vibrant hub of connection and culture. Food and Safety Responsibilities
Adheres to all Health Department, OSHA and ADA regulations. Reports any injury, accident and/or foodborne illness incident promptly to the General Manager. Attends monthly safety meetings and participates in safety inspections. Qualifications

Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. 7+ years experience in hospitality, events, or workplace experience leadership roles Proven success designing and launching strategic engagement programs Strong track record partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams Expertise in leading complex, multi-phase projects focused on client and employee experience Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal High-energy, hospitality-first mindset with a passion for community building Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities Experience developing training programs and service standards across hospitality functions Benefits
