About Us

We’re a small, close-knit team of 8-10 who love what we do and work hard to make a difference for our clients (both two- and four-legged!). We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person in the office—keeping things running smoothly, supporting our staff, and making sure clients feel welcome and taken care of.

What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you’ll wear a few different hats and play a big role in the success of our team. A typical day may include:

Scheduling and confirming client appointments, classes, and consultations.

Answering calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and warmth.

Reaching out to prospective clients via phone for a personal touch to prospective clients and via phone, text or email to established clients to share information and encourage them to get started.

Keeping our office organized and stocked with supplies.

Maintaining accurate records and helping with paperwork.

Pitching in with handling or caring for our resident dogs when extra hands are needed.

Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and loves to stay on top of things.

A strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone and enjoys helping people.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required if you’re a quick learner.

Comfortable around dogs and willing to learn safe handling techniques.

Familiar with basic Apple computer programs or willing to learn, and proficiency to keep our Client Relationship Management software up to date.

Abe to type 30-40 wpm.

What You’ll Love About Working Here

A supportive and friendly team environment.

The chance to work in an office where dogs are part of the daily routine with the goal of helping them become a well trained dog enabling them to stay in a forever home.

What we do also improves the lives of families and children learning how to be safe around dogs and enjoy their companionship.

Opportunities to learn and grow in a variety of areas.

Health and retirement benefits.
