Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points. Strive to be a top performer and elevate the team and honeygrow through consistent, high-quality work. Support the General Manager in teaching the team to be top performers empowered to achieve hg Standards. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed guest and team expectations while promoting honeygrow’s culture, values, and mission. Fully comprehend and be able to perform every station in the restaurant and be trained on all functions through the Assistant General Manager level. Supervise scheduled shifts and manage restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. Assist the General Manager with administrative duties and employee evaluations. Maintain clear communication with the General Manager regarding restaurant operations. Assist in managing scheduling, including updating employee profiles, nightly logs, and weekly schedules. Maintain the restaurant office to organizational standards. Assist in meeting financial objectives by owning the forecasting tool and related computer administration. Collaborate with the management team to implement financial goals related to food cost, labor cost, and other expenses. Deliver a great guest experience by executing the hg Engine with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, quality product, and hospitality on every shift. Coach and develop Service Managers; train and develop all employees with patience and diligence. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week. ServSafe Certification. Two years of strong food prep and line experience. Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred. Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods; may lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must possess close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and dexterity to handle kitchen equipment. Comfortable working near open flames and in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels. Benefits
