Position Details: Position Type: Full Time Contractor (1 year initially, with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and business need) Job Location: Louisiana, Texas, or California (with up to 50% travel) Benefits: Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Life Insurance, 401(k), PTO, and Paid Holidays Compensation: $50 - $53.50/hr Drug and background screenings required The Company : Our client is a U.S.-based international corporation whose principal business is selling gases and chemicals for industrial use.

Position Type: Hybrid (On-site/Remote) Hours: M-F 5/8s during planning phase, 7/12s during TA execution (30 - 45 days)

REQUIRED PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, frc clothing

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • Travel required up to 25-35% of the year depending on TAR occurrences and assignments. • Ability to take trips during the Planning Phase to gather information necessary to properly plan work scope defined. • Required to be on-site for the duration of the Outage Execution timeframe to coordinate contractors executing planned work scopes, and to ensure Safe Work Practices and QAQC processes are being followed. Timeframes vary but an average outage duration is 30-45 days.

WORKING HOURS: • All hours outside of the Outage Execution time frame will be worked on a Monday - Friday 5-8's schedule. Special occasions 4-10's may be worked to align with on-site Contractor Coordination efforts but will need prior approval. • During the Outage Execution time frame, you will work a Monday - Sunday 7-12's schedule.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Safety oriented and unwilling to compromise on safety rules, processes, and procedures • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills. Strong leadership abilities. • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. • Work requires working from heights, climbing fixed ladders, and stairs, etc. • Ability to perform other duties as assigned. • Understands quality standards as outlined by organization.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to read and understand P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, fixed equipment design packages, and pipe specs. • Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP, Primavera P6. • Working knowledge of ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec. I, and ASME Sec. VIII • 10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication • 5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Planner. • Previous experience building execution work packages with detailed work plans including safety matrix, picture, P&ID, isometric, bill of material, etc.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and construction • Develop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines required. • Create detailed planning activities for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, Client, durations, and assigned discipline. • Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution. • Create job planning packages for each work order per Air Products guidelines for both internal and external distribution, e.g., bid events, contractor field personnel, etc. Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc. • Support Air Products Management of Change process, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely manner. • Provide contractor field management in all outage phases for assigned contractors, including safety, timesheet verification, field oversight, change orders, and QC verification. • Uphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas. • Complete close out and documentation as required by Air Products standards and procedures.

PERFORMANCE STANDARD: • Willing to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, following strict fatigue management guidelines. Travel may be required as much as 25-45% depending on projects • Ability to work without close supervision. • Works professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, management, support personnel, program participants, and business-related persons. • Utilizes positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflicts. • Accepts direction, criticism, and supervision. • Demonstrates ability to remain calm in demanding situations. • Ability to work within and promote a teamwork philosophy. • Makes good use of time, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
