Our client is seeking a Turnaround Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Job Title:
Turnaround Planner
Location: Gonzales, LA (Non-Remote)
Pay Range:
Target pay rate is $50.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Lead assigned portions of outage scope through detailed planning and construction phases
Develop scope and create detailed work plans for outage activities, including safety procedures and technical documentation
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of outage tasks
Provide daily scheduling updates during outage execution to ensure project milestones are met
Support management of change processes and ensure proper documentation for plant modifications
What's Needed?
10+ years' experience in maintenance or engineering disciplines, preferably with industrial outage background
Proficiency in reading P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, and related technical documents
Experience with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Primavera P6
Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, Sec. I, and Sec. VIII standards
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
