Job Description

The Director of Construction will be responsible for: Candidate will oversee all construction practices, consisting of 4 divisions and 50 employees. Please note there are already leaders in place for these divisions, so the candidate will be in charge of mentoring and leading these employees Accountable for successful delivery of all projects Leading the annual strategic planning process, setting clear goals and objectives for all construction teams Monitor progress across teams, leaders, and managers, providing guidance and support to keep projects and initiatives on track Guides implementations of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives Leads contract negotiations Keeps senior leadership informed on department status, key risks, progress, and emerging issues to enable collaborative problem solving Financial & Operation oversight Personnel Management The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 15+ years of progressive experience in construction or operational leadership Significant experience in High End Residential and/or Design Build Projects Proven experience in business operations, including financial management, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations Proficiency with Procore management software Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze industry and market trends Understand and communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in meetings Safely navigate construction sites What's on Offer
